Our performance management system, Partners in Performance, is a one-on-one coaching and online appraisal system that lets you take an active role in shaping your success at NextEra Energy, Inc.
Partners in Performance has two elements: the Performance Plan and the Competency Development Plan. Overall, the goal is to help you align work activities with business unit plans and the company’s overall corporate strategy. Plus, you’ll work with your manager to set the goals on which you’ll be evaluated.
Partners in Performance is an ongoing process, and you’ll be working with your manager throughout the year to set goals, review your performance, gather feedback for development, and earn rewards for a job well done.
