Health programs and benefits
To learn more about programs available to retirees of NextEra Energy companies, call the NextEra Energy Retirement Services Center at 1-800-208-4015, available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, excluding New York Stock Exchange holidays. Use the voice response system to ask for the option you need.
Call the free
CIGNA HealthCare information hotline at 1-800-395-8712, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak with a registered nurse; request free, confidential counseling through an experienced EAP provider; or access the Health Information Library, which addresses hundreds of topics from aging to wellness.
Retirees are eligible to participate in all NextEra Health & Well-Being programs, including Fitness Center membership, and exercise, rebate and smoking cessation programs, among many others. Call NextEra Health & Well-Being at 561-694-6242 to learn more.
Effective June 1, 2012, NextEra Energy Health & Well-Being on-site heath centers will be open to retirees and dependants (16 and older) who are covered by NextEra Energy's retiree health plan (non-Medicare eligible). Services available include primary care, management of chronic health conditions, urgent care for illness or injury, and more. On-site health centers are located at Juno Beach, Lejeune-Flagler and the General Office. Health Center Forms:For eligible retirees and their dependants who would like to attend a NextEra Energy Health & Well-Being on-site health center, contact the individual health center you would like to attend to make an appointment after June 1, 2012. Then print and fill out the following forms, and bring them with you to your first appointment.
