Rotational Engineering Development Initiative Program


In this 18-month rotational development program, you’ll receive leadership and functional training while engaging in a range of projects in areas such as renewables (wind, solar and battery storage). REDI engineers will gain a broader perspective of the power generation division, allowing us to match your skills and career interests to the right position and decrease time to full productivity.

NextEra Energy Resources Business Rotation


The Business Rotation Program is structured to provide hands-on practical work experience and exposure to a broad range of projects within business management, development and power marketing. Associates in the program have three rotation assignments over an 18-month period. Each associate is partnered with a mentor who provides support throughout the program.
