The HR4U Contact Center is available today from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET at 844-694-HR4U (4748) to help address personal needs.
The five things you need to know today:
- Weather update: Tropical Storm Debby is anticipated to make landfall in Florida’s Big Bend early Monday morning as a hurricane. The west coast and north Florida can expect to see tropical storm-force winds, heavy rainfall and flooding. As Debby moves closer to shore, its intensity is expected to increase. FPL is responding and will continue to respond to outages as long as it is safe to do so.
- Stay connected: Continue to stay in contact with your storm supervisor and know your storm role should you need to report after a storm. As always, be aware of your local conditions before traveling and reach out to your supervisor if you have any issues.
- Know your safe place: Parts of Florida are experiencing tropical storm-force winds, rain and possible tornadoes. In the event of a tornado warning, seek shelter immediately in an inside room, such as a closet, hallway or bathroom, on the lowest floor of your home.
