The HR4U Contact Center is available at 844-694-HR4U (4748) to help address personal needs.
The five things you need to know today:
- Restoration update: Debby has exited Florida and FPL continues to safely and quickly restore power in the aftermath of the storm. With restoration essentially complete for customers who can safely receive power on the west coast of Florida, we’re converging our restoration workforce into the hardest hit areas of North Florida. We expect to essentially restore all customers who can safely receive power in North Florida by the end of today, barring severe weather.
- Stay Safe: Be careful of damage caused by Debby and use caution when driving. Stop signs may be missing and signal lights may be inoperable. Treat intersections with inoperable traffic signals as four-way stops. Be aware of flooded roads, avoid driving through standing water and do not cross downed power lines.
- Get assistance: If you have been affected by Debby, you may be eligible to apply for a grant from the Employee Assistance Fund. If you haven’t been affected, consider donating to help your colleagues in need. Get more information on the Employee Assistance Fund.
- Get support: During these difficult times, we want to remind you that you and your household members have access to 16 free sessions through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Lyra.
- To get connected to care through Lyra, call 877-236-6080 (available 24 hours) or visit nextera.lyrahealth.com.
- Stay connected: What you say or share on social media can affect the company’s reputation with our customers and communities we serve.
