Ketchum is chairman, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of NextEra Energy, Inc., one of the largest electric power and energy infrastructure companies in North America and a leading provider of electricity to American homes and businesses. He was named president and CEO in March 2022 and became chairman of the board of directors in July 2022. Mr. Ketchum is also chairman of America’s largest electric utility, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), as well as chairman of XPLR Infrastructure.

Mr. Ketchum joined NextEra Energy in 2002. He has served as president and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources, the largest energy infrastructure developer in the U.S. He has also served as chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and as chief financial officer of FPL. His previous roles at XPLR Infrastructure include CEO, president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Ketchum holds a Master of Laws degree in taxation and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Law Review. Mr. Ketchum earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He has also completed the Emerging CFO – Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University.

He also led Deloitte’s power and utilities business segment. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Pimentel worked in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a professional accounting fellow.

Prior to joining NextEra Energy in early 2022, Mr. Dunne served as managing director, power and renewables, investment banking for Bank of America, where he led the firm’s renewable and energy transition strategic advisory efforts and was responsible for integrating leverage finance, commodity, M&A and capital markets to develop unique solutions for strategic and financial investors. He joined Bank of America in 2002 and held positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure.

Mr. Dunne holds a law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s in economics and history from Duke University.

He previously served as vice president, business management for NextEra Energy Resources, the largest energy infrastructure developer in the U.S. Mr. Crews had direct profit and loss responsibility of NextEra Energy Resources’ approximately 24,600 megawatts of total net generating capacity, primarily in 38 states and Canada, as of year-end 2021.He also served as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for NextEra Energy and as chief accounting officer and controller of XPLR Infrastructure.

Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Crews was a partner at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He served as a national office clearing partner, consulting with clients on complex accounting and reporting matters. During his career at Deloitte, Mr. Crews primarily served clients in the financial services and energy industries. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Crews worked in the office of the chief accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a professional accounting fellow.

Mr. Crews earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in leadership studies from the University of Richmond. He also completed the Emerging CFO – Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University.

Prior to working in human resources and corporate services, Ms. Daggs served as vice president, portfolio management and operations in the business management organization of NextEra Energy Resources, the largest energy infrastructure developer in the U.S. Previously, she held various positions in NextEra Energy Resources, including vice president, Midwest and international, business management, and senior counsel, trading and origination in the legal department. Before joining the company, Ms. Daggs practiced law for more than a decade with a focus on transactional matters in the energy sector.

Mr. Sieving was a frequent contributor to that firm’s publication on SEC and stock exchange developments.

Mr. Sieving received his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was publications editor of Cincinnati Law Review, and received his bachelor’s degree from Denison University. He is an active member of the New York and Washington, D.C., bars.

Before that, he served as vice president of NextEra Energy Resources wind operations – south, vice president of NextEra Energy Resources fossil, solar and pipeline operations, and vice president of central maintenance. He was the plant general manager for construction, startup and operation of the Cape Canaveral Next Generation Clean Energy Center. Prior to joining NextEra Energy in 2003, Mark spent several years overseeing construction and commissioning of new power plants worldwide, including at General Electric and Black & Veatch, Inc.

Mr. Lemasney earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in mechanical engineering from the Cork Institute of Technology in Ireland. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Florida Professional Engineering license.
